If your Weekly Joy Drop arrives damaged, delayed, or not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll always do our best to make things right.

Cancellations for subscriptions can be made at any time and will apply to future deliveries. Once a batch has been baked and dispatched, it cannot be refunded.
