They keep well for 3–4 days and freeze beautifully if you’d like to save your moment for later. To enjoy from frozen, thaw at room temperature for 1–2 hours (or 30–45 minutes for individual pieces). Warm gently before serving — 3–5 minutes in a 160°C fan oven, or 5–7 minutes at Gas Mark 3. For a quicker option, warm in the microwave for 10–15 seconds.
